Terms of Service

  1. By booking any of the services I offer as Lina Della Luna you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use and you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
  2. All the methods I work with are offered in good faith as a holistic practitioner, and as suggested guidance for those seeking a natural, holistic approach to their lifestyle. I do not offer medical advice and no claims of such are being made, rather personal, anecdotal evidence, and my guidance should not replace that of a licenced medical professional. You are personally responsible for how you interpret or receive any guidance being given and choose to act upon the guidance, but it must not be taken as medical advice. I encourage you to see your doctor or a registered medical professional if you have any physical or mental ailments. By using this website or choosing to use my services, you hereby consent to this disclaimer.
  3. I do not offer divination tools as fortune telling, rather, I use my intuitive skills to give you guidance which your own intuition will interpret regarding your question in the here and now.  How you chose to interpret the reading is left to your own free will and I am not responsible for how you make the interpretation. I have a genuine intention to help you reach what the right answer is for you through your own intuition. All services are for guidance and considered entertainment purposes only. By purchasing a service from me, you agree that you will not hold me responsible for the actions you take as a result of my reading.
  4. Divination readings can be cancelled with a full refund less a £10 administration charge if cancelled up to 24 hours of the reading, at which point they become non-refundable. I will strive to reschedule to a date suitable for you so that I may continue the reading at a time convenient to both of us. 
  5. Payments for goods and services are made through the website and most major credit and debit cards are accepted. Most orders will be dispatched within 5 working days and via 48 hour delivery methods but I cannot be held responsible for delays within the postal service, particular throughout the pandemic.
  6. If you are using any skin contact products such as Bath Salts for the first time it is recommended that you do a patch test before use. I only use natural and vegan ingredients such as dead sea and epsom salts, and natural essential oils, but I recommend testing the product first. A suggestion would be to add a small amount of the salts to warm water in a sink and submerge your elbow for a minute, being aware of any uncomfortable sensations or allergic skin reaction. If you are in any doubt at all please do not continue to use the product and see a health professional to discuss your reaction. If you have no reaction you can continue to use the product but be mindful of any future reactions.
  7. When using any of our candles for the first time you agree to follow any instructions given for the candle use, including to always place the candle on a heat proof surface and to never leave a candle unattended.
  8. Due to their delicate nature, we cannot offer refunds on crystal purchases, pre-prepared crystal boxes and bespoke boxes. Great care has been taken to individually and intuitively choose each crystal we provide for you, and every effort will be made to make sure your items arrive with you in as perfect condition as possible. Do bear in mind a crystal is a natural item and may have subsequent dust, slight crumbling of texture and natural markings and indentations. This does not affect their metaphysical use in any way. 
  9. If you are not happy with a Homewares product, you have a right to return the item in its original packaging within 28 days. Postage will be the responsibility of the purchaser. I will aim to issue a refund once the item has been inspected and accepted within 14 days to the original payment method.
  10. If you believe a product is faulty, please send a description of the perceived fault with a photograph to sales@linadellaluna.com in the first instance for inspection. If we agree there may be a fault requiring further inspection a shipping label will be provided for the safe return of the product, in its original packaging.  If found to be faulty an exchange will be offered or a full refund will be returned to the original payment method within 14 days of the safe return of the product, in its original packaging. 
  11. Any complaints should be raised in writing within 28 days of first becoming aware of the matter to be complained of. I’ll always strive to bring you the best possible outcome if you are not happy with any of my services.
  12. I reserve the right to add to these terms and conditions when necessary and repeat users of my services should check them regularly for updates.

These terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of England and Wales.
